# Entered the  Wrong IBO Number On Mylo?  Here's What to Do

No stress — this happens more often than you’d think.
If you entered an incorrect **IBO number** when signing up for your **Mylo plan**, here’s what you need to know and how to get it sorted.

###### What Is an IBO Number?

The **IBO number** is used by **ACN** to track commissions for their sales team.
It **does not affect your Mylo coverage, billing, or benefits** in any way.

###### Can Walnut Change the IBO Number?

Short answer: **No**.

The IBO number is managed by **ACN**, and Walnut doesn’t have the ability to edit or update it.

###### How to Fix It

If you believe you entered the wrong IBO number:

1. **If you are a customer, contact your ACN sales rep.** If you are an ACN rep, contact your IBO upline.
2. Let them know that the **IBO number was entered incorrectly at sign-up**
3. ACN can update or correct it on their end if needed

There’s **no need to cancel your plan or sign up again** just to fix an IBO number.
