# ❌ Getting a “User does not exist” error when trying to log in?

Don’t panic — it’s usually a quick fix.

### 🧐 What’s going on?
Logins are **case sensitive**, which means testuser@noreply.com is *not* the same as TestUser@noreply.com.
Yep, even the capitalization matters.

### ✅ What to do
Double-check your email and make sure you're typing it exactly the way you used when you signed up — same spelling, same capitalization. If you completed a purchase, an account is created automatically using the email address entered during checkout. To access it, go to the Mylo login page at [https://mylo.gowalnut.com/login](https://mylo.gowalnut.com/login) and use the email address from your order. If you don’t remember which email you used, contact support with your order details so they can confirm the address associated with it.
