  2. Go to Billing.
  3. Update your payment information.
  4. Save your changes.


⚠️ This Does Not Update Your Fora Loan Payment MethodUpdating your payment information through the Bill Payment Protection portal only changes the payment method used for your Bill Payment Protection plan.It does not update the payment information used for your Fora loan.If you need to change the payment method for your Fora loan payments, you'll need to contact Fora directly for assistance.

Fora Bill Payment Protection payments are processed through a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreement. Because your bank may need some time to authorize your updated payment information, changes may not take effect immediately.


If you receive a new or replacement card, we recommend updating your payment information before your next Bill Payment Protection payment is due. This gives your bank time to authorize the change and can help prevent a missed or failed payment.
