# How Much Does the Smartphone Add-On Cost?

Each additional smartphone costs **$9.99 CAD per month**.

|| 🟡 **Currently, Smartphone Add-Ons are only available with monthly Mylo Device Protection plans.** They are not yet available with 18-month plans, but we’re working on adding this option in the future.

You can add up to **4 additional smartphones** to your Mylo Device Protection plan, with each phone billed separately.

###### Billing

When you add a smartphone to an existing plan:

* You'll be charged a **prorated amount** immediately for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
* Beginning with your next billing cycle, the monthly cost of your additional smartphone(s) will be included with your regular Mylo subscription payment.

* The payment method already saved on your account, or
* A different credit card during checkout.
