# 🌐 How to Add a Policy or Get Help on the TuGo Website

If you're trying to **make a claim** or **manage your travel insurance policy** on the TuGo website, you’ll first need to **add your policy** to your TuGo account.


### 🧾 Need to Add a Policy?

1. Go to: 🔗 [my.tugo.com](https://my.tugo.com/)
    
2. Log in with the email associated with your travel policy
    
3. Add your **policy number** to access your coverage
    
4. From there, you can view your policy or start a claim
