# How to Get a Custom Quote with Neo Tenant Insurance

In some provinces, the Neo Tenant Insurance application automatically redirects customers to a different quote experience based on their location.

If you need a **custom tenant insurance quote** instead, you can bypass this step by following the instructions below. The province prompt can appear repeatedly when the standard quote flow is selected; it routes you back to the province-specific experience instead of continuing with a custom quote.

* Open an **Incognito** or **Private Browsing** window.
* Copy and paste the following link into your browser:

* When the location selection window appears, **click the "X" in the top-right corner** to close it.
