# How to View Your SingleKey Tenant Coverage Policy Online

Need to double-check your coverage limits, see your billing details, or grab a copy of your policy? With SingleKey Tenant Coverage, it’s all just a few clicks away in your **SingleKey** account.

### 🔑 Step 1 — Log in to Your SingleKey Account

Go to [**app.singlekey.com**](https://app.singlekey.com/) and sign in with the email and password you used when purchasing your SingleKey Tenant Coverage.

### 📂 Step 2 — Find Your Policy Details

In your **Account Settings**, head to the **Insurance** or **Tenant Coverage** section. From here, you can:
* ✅ View your **coverage limits**
* 💳 Check your **billing cycle** and **payment history**
* 🛡 See your **deductible** and **coverage tier**
* 📥 Download or review your **policy documents**

To download your documents, select **Certificate** for the document showing your name, address, and coverages. The certificate is your proof of insurance and is the document used when making a claim. The **policy** contains the policy wordings, including terms and conditions, and can be downloaded separately when you need the full wording for your records. If selecting **Policy** opens a blank page or a new tab instead of downloading, try the **Certificate** option first; you can request the policy document if you need both copies.
