# I'm Filling Out a Travel Insurance Quote, but the Submit Button Is Not Working

If you're stuck because the **submit button won’t budge**, it usually means there’s a required field that’s still blank — even if no field is visibly highlighted in red. For example, check fields such as **gender** and **address**. A form may also reload after an error, so you may need to start again and carefully review every field.


 🔧 How to Fix It:

1️⃣ **Do a quick scroll-and-scan** — make sure you’ve answered *every* question, including **gender** and **address**.  
2️⃣ Look for the field marked as incomplete, fill it in, and try submitting again.  
3️⃣ If the page keeps reloading, open an **incognito/private browsing session**, paste the form link into it, and try again.

✅ Once all the required fields are filled in, the submit button should come to life.
