# Insurance Coverage Options from Walnut + Our Awesome Partners

At Walnut, we partner with companies like **Neo**, **Chexy**, **TELUS**, **Koodo**, and others to offer a variety of insurance products to eligible Canadian customers. Product availability depends on the province and customer eligibility:

 🛡 Term Life Insurance 

Available in **10-year** and **20-year** plans.  

    * Purchased directly through Walnut in partnership with RBC Insurance

    * Also available through Neo Financial for eligible customers

 🏡 Tenant Insurance

Standard Tenant Coverage is available through our partners like **KOHO**, **Neo**, **Chexy**, and **Building Stack**. Includes liability, property damage, and optional personal property protection.

Property management companies can integrate Walnut’s embedded tenant insurance products into their tenant-facing workflow or offer them through a branded digital experience. This can support portfolios with multiple units and policies, subject to product availability, provincial requirements, and tenant eligibility. Walnut works with licensed insurers that provide the coverage; partners do not become underwriters. Specific implementation details, including referrals, pricing, and any commercial arrangement, depend on the partnership.

 🚗 Auto Insurance

Access auto insurance through select partners like **Neo Financial**. Coverage is available in **select provinces** and depends on location and eligibility.

🏠 Home Insurance

Protection for homeowners, including building and personal property coverage.

 ✈️ Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel coverage for out-of-province and international trips — including medical, trip interruption, and more. Travel insurance is available through **TELUS** and **Koodo** in partnership with **TuGo**, and to **KOHO members on a paid plan**.


**Embedded partnerships:** Companies can offer these insurance products through a branded or embedded digital experience, subject to product, provincial, and eligibility requirements. Walnut works with trusted, licensed insurers to provide the policies; insurance partners back the coverage itself.
