# Need more liability coverage? SingleKey now offers up to $2 million

As of **June 4, 2026**, new SingleKey tenant insurance customers have more flexibility when choosing their coverage.

###### Choose your liability coverage

You can select one of the following liability limits:

**$1 Million Liability**

Includes:

* **$1,000,000** Property Damage Liability (per occurrence)
* **$1,000,000** Bodily Injury Liability (per occurrence)
* **$10,000** Medical Payments to Others (per occurrence)
* **$1,000** Voluntary Payment for Property Damage (per occurrence)

**$2 Million Liability**

Includes:

* **$2,000,000** Property Damage Liability (per occurrence)
* **$2,000,000** Bodily Injury Liability (per occurrence)
* **$20,000** Medical Payments to Others (per occurrence)
* **$2,000** Voluntary Payment for Property Damage (per occurrence)

###### Choose your personal property (contents) coverage

You can pair either liability option with one of the following personal property coverage limits:

* **$0** – **Liability Only** (no coverage for your personal belongings)
* **$5,000**
* **$10,000**
* **$20,000**
* **$25,000**

Choosing **$0 Personal Property Coverage** means your plan provides liability protection only. It does **not** include coverage for your personal belongings if they are lost or damaged by a covered event.
