* **Clear your browser cache**

Old cookies or cached data can interfere with the payment process.

* Try a different credit card or payment option — there could be various reasons why a transaction doesn’t go through.  If you are using a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard, please note that many payment processing companies do not accept this payment method.
