If you received a link from **TELUS** or **Koodo** to purchase **travel insurance**, you’re in the right place! But if you have questions about your **mobile plan while traveling**, like **roaming**, **international minutes**, or **data usage**, here’s what you need to know:


### ✈️ Travel Insurance = Walnut

If your question is about:

* Emergency medical coverage
    
* Trip cancellation/Interruption or baggage protection
    
* Or, how to access your policy information


### 📶 Roaming, Phone Plans, or Data = TELUS or Koodo

If you’re asking about:

* Adding or managing a **roaming plan**
    
* Using your phone internationally
    
* Billing for mobile minutes or travel data
    
* Whether a **Koodo account is covered under a TELUS plan or account**

👉 You’ll need to contact your **mobile provider directly** — we don’t manage mobile plans or billing. Coverage through this program is for **TELUS only**; a Koodo account is not covered under a TELUS plan or account.
