How to Find Your MYLO Membership Plan ID

Your Membership Plan ID is required to register your device(s) with AKKO. You can find it directly in your MYLO account in just a few steps.


Step 1: Log in to your MYLO account


Sign in using the email address you used when you purchased your MYLO coverage:

👉 https://mylo.gowalnut.com/login


Step 2: Open your active plan


Once logged in, you’ll see your active MYLO plan on your dashboard.

Click into the plan to view your membership details.


Step 3: Locate your Membership Plan ID


In your plan details, you’ll see a section labeled Membership Plan ID.

This is the number you’ll need when registering your device(s) with AKKO.


Can’t see your Membership Plan ID?


If you’re having trouble logging in or don’t see your plan listed, reach out to support and include:


  • The email address you used to sign up
  • The member name shown on the account (if available)
