How do I Access my Koho Standard Tenant Coverage Details?

Your tenant coverage certificate is your go-to reference for everything included in your coverage. It lists your coverage limits, deductibles, covered situations (perils), exclusions, and important terms and conditions — all in one place.

Here’s how to find it in the KOHO app:

Open the KOHO app

Go to the Discover tab, then tap Tenant Insurance

Scroll down to the Policy Details section to view your certificate and coverage details

🔧 Heads up: If you notice anything that looks off — like your name, address, or policy start date — contact KOHO through the app so they can assist.
