How do I Access my KOHO Standard Tenant Coverage Details?

Your tenant coverage certificate is your go-to reference for everything included in your coverage. It lists your name, insured address, policy information, coverage limits, deductibles, covered situations (perils), exclusions, and important terms and conditions — all in one place.

Here’s how to find it in the KOHO app:

Open the KOHO app.
Go to the Discover tab, then tap Tenant Insurance or Tenant Coverage.
Scroll down to Policy Details and select Certificate (not Policy) to view your certificate and coverage details.

✅ The certificate is the proof of your standard, month-to-month tenant coverage. Coverage remains active until it is cancelled; there is no fixed term or termination date shown.

🔧 Heads up: If you notice anything that looks off — like your name, address, or policy start date — contact KOHO through the app. Changes to your KOHO banking address do not change the address on your tenant coverage. KOHO must handle tenant-coverage address changes, cancellations, and new coverage. The insurance provider handles claims and policy questions, but does not update the address on the coverage.
