How to Cancel Your Koodo Bill Payment Protection Plan

You can cancel your Koodo Bill Payment Protection Plan at any time, and depending on when you cancel, you may be eligible for a refund.

Risk-Free Cancellation Period

• You have a 30-day risk-free period (60 days if you live in Quebec) from your enrollment date.
• If you cancel within this time, any premiums you have paid will be fully refunded.

Cancelling After the Risk-Free Period

If you cancel after the risk-free period ends:

• You will receive a pro-rated refund of any unearned premium you have paid.
• Refunds will be issued to the credit card you provided at enrollment.
