You can cancel your Telus Bill Payment Protection Plan at any time — and depending on when you cancel, you may be eligible for a refund.
📅 Risk-Free Cancellation Period
- You have a 30-day risk-free period (60 days if you live in Quebec) from your enrollment date.
- If you cancel within this time, any premiums you've paid will be fully refunded.
💳 Cancelling After the Risk-Free Period
If you cancel after the risk-free period ends:
- You’ll receive a pro-rated refund of any unearned premium you’ve paid.
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card you provided at enrollment.
