Koodo Bill Payment Protection - Missed a Payment? Here is What Happens
If your payment does not go through, your coverage does not disappear overnight. You have a 28-day grace period to get things sorted before anything changes.
What Actually Happens
- Payment fails. If your payment does not process, you will get an email letting you know.
- We will try again automatically. Payments are automatically retried a few times during the grace period.
- You stay covered. You are still protected during those 28 days.
- After 28 days. If payment still has not gone through, your plan will be cancelled automatically and coverage will stop. You will get a confirmation email.
