Koodo Bill Payment Protection - Missed a Payment? Here is What Happens

If your payment does not go through, your coverage does not disappear overnight. You have a 28-day grace period to get things sorted before anything changes.


What Actually Happens


  1. Payment fails. If your payment does not process, you will get an email letting you know.


  1. We will try again automatically. Payments are automatically retried a few times during the grace period.


  1. You stay covered. You are still protected during those 28 days.


  1. After 28 days. If payment still has not gone through, your plan will be cancelled automatically and coverage will stop. You will get a confirmation email.
