If you need to update your banking or payment information, follow the steps below based on your provider.

Payments that fail will automatically retry in 3–5 business days. Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid any hiccups.

1️⃣ Log in at neo.gowalnut.com/login
2️⃣ Go to Billing or Payment Settings
3️⃣ Select Update Payment Method
4️⃣ Enter your new banking info
5️⃣ Hit Save to keep things running smoothly

Steps to Update Your Payment Details:
1️⃣ Log in at chexy.gowalnut.com/login
2️⃣ Go to Payments
3️⃣ Click Edit Payment Method
4️⃣ Enter updated banking info
