Need to update your payment details? No problem β you can do this directly through your Walnut account, depending on your provider.
π Where Should I Go?
π If you use an app like KOHO, SingleKey, Rhenti, or Sparrow
Update your payment details directly in that app or portal.
π If you donβt use one of those apps
You can update your payment details through your Walnut account:
- Go to your login page (example: neo.gowalnut.com/login or chexy.gowalnut.com/login)
- Use the email you signed up with
π If you donβt use one of those apps
You can update your payment details through your account using the login link you received.
Common login pages:

- https://buildingstack.gowalnut.com/login
π Missed a Payment?
No stress β missed payments are automatically retried within 3β5 business days.
π Just make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid any interruptions.

Payment details cannot be updated by Walnut support.
π For security reasons, all updates must be done directly in your account or through your partnerβs app.
π¦ How to Update Your Payment Details
Once logged in:
- Go to Billing or Payment Settings
- Select Update Payment Method
- Enter your new banking information
- Click Save
