Need to check your coverage? Whether you're with Neo, Chexy, or Building Stack, you can access everything you need right from your Walnut account.

Just follow these steps:

Once you're in, head over to the Policies section. You’ll be able to:

✅ Download your Coverage Certificate (this has your name, coverage dates, and a quick summary)
✅ Download the Policy Wordings (this has all the fine print—terms, conditions, what’s covered, what’s not)
✅ Review your payment history, including renewal payments
✅ Select Cancel coverage to cancel your Building Stack tenant insurance

Standard tenant coverage is continuous until cancelled, as outlined on your certificate. Payments are yearly and are taken from the payment method on file on the renewal date. If you cannot access your account, use the password-reset option and follow the reset link; copying the link into an incognito may help if the reset page displays an error.
