I'm New to Mylo. How do I register a new device?
Registering your device with AKKO is totally optional β but it does come with a nice perk.
You do not need to register your device for your plan to work.
Your MYLO protection plan includes up to two claims per year on your device or connected device (depending on the plan you selected). If you donβt register your device, no problem β your coverage is still active.
However, if you want to skip the standard 30-day waiting period for accidental damage claims, you can register your device with AKKO after you sign up.

Simply fill out the form at:
https://mylo.getakko.com/device-registration-form
and include the details about your device. AKKO will confirm once your device has been registered.
If you decide not to register, you can still use your plan as normal after your 30-day waiting period.
Note:
AKKO does not send a confirmation email after registration. (This is coming soon!)
Your device information is simply kept on file and will be referenced if you submit a claim.
If you decide not to register, your coverage will still apply after your 30-day waiting period.
