Moving? Incorrect Address? How to Update or Cancel Your KOHO Tenant Insurance
If you're planning a move or ending your current lease, it's important to make sure your KOHO Standard Tenant Coverage reflects your new living situation. To stay protected, we recommend cancelling your current tenant insurance and re-enrolling with your updated address.
To cancel your Standard Tenant Coverage for your current address, follow these steps:
- Open the KOHO app and go to the Discover tab
- Select Tenant Insurance > More
- Choose “Cancel policy” to cancel your Tenant Coverage
Please note:
- Your current policy will remain active until your next billing date.
- If you need to cancel and take out new coverage immediately, open the KOHO app and engage KOHO Support through the in-app chat, and let them know you need to cancel your current tenant insurance to update your address.
- Any questions related to refunds must also be directed to KOHO.
