Managing Your Registered Devices (Mylo Device Protection)


Customers who register their device with Mylo will soon be able to view and manage a list of their registered devices directly in their account. Here’s what you need to know today.


CAN I SEE MY REGISTERED DEVICES RIGHT NOW?


Not yet.


At this time, the Mylo account dashboard does not display a list of your registered devices.


If you registered a device during sign-up or afterward, the registration is still stored on file — it just isn’t visible in your account yet.


CAN I EDIT, UPDATE, OR REMOVE A REGISTERED DEVICE?


Not through your Mylo account at the moment.


Customers cannot update, delete, or change their registered devices through the Mylo dashboard.


Device management will be added in an upcoming update.


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE FEATURE IS AVAILABLE?


When device visibility and management go live, you will be able to:


• View all devices you’ve registered

• Add a new device

• Remove or replace an existing device

• Update device details if needed

IS MY DEVICE STILL REGISTERED EVEN IF I CAN’T SEE IT?


Yes.


If you completed the registration process, your device is stored on file and recognized by the system — even though it does not appear in your account yet.


After registering your device, you should receive a confirmation email from AKKO verifying that your device(s) were successfully registered. This email confirms that the registration was completed.


If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
