💡 First things first
If your payment doesn’t go through — no stress. Your coverage doesn’t disappear overnight.
You’ve got a 28-day grace period to get things sorted before anything changes.
💳 What actually happens
- Payment fails
 
Sometimes a card expires, a bank hiccup happens, or life just gets busy. If your payment doesn’t process, you’ll get an email letting you know.
- We’ll try again automatically
 
Payments are automatically retried a few times during the grace period — you don’t need to do anything right away.
- You stay covered
 
You’re still protected during those 28 days while we’re trying to collect the payment.
- After 28 days
 
If payment still hasn’t gone through by the end of the grace period, your plan will be cancelled automatically, and coverage will stop. You’ll get a confirmation email when that happens.

Go to Billing → Update Payment Method and make sure your card details are up to date.
