  • Try a different credit card or payment option — there could be various reasons why a transaction doesn’t go through. If you are using a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard, please note that many payment processing companies do not accept this payment method. We recommend using a credit card or a Visa/Mastercard debit card instead.



  • Remove accents from your name or address

Characters like é, à, ç can cause errors.

👉 Most credit card processors don’t recognize accented characters.

Try typing “René” as “Rene” and submit the form again.
