Troubleshooting – Blank Pages, Missing Images, or a Page That Won’t Load

If the page is showing up blank, images look half-loaded, or you can’t move to the next step, try the steps below to get things working again.



1️⃣ Open the Page in Incognito / Private Mode


Sometimes the browser just needs a clean slate.


Try opening the page in a private window:


  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: File → New Private Window
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it still doesn’t load properly, go to Step 2.


2️⃣ Clear Walnut Site Data (Don’t Worry — Not All Your Cookies!)


Chrome & Edge


  • Click the padlock/sliders icon beside the website address. Sliders


  • Choose Cookies and site data.
  • Click Manage on-device site data.
  • Look for anything with gowalnut in the name and delete it.
  • Refresh the page.


Safari


  • Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy.
  • Select Manage Website Data.
  • Search for gowalnut.
  • Remove any entries.
  • Refresh the page.


3️⃣ Samsung Browser Users


If you're using the Samsung Internet browser, you may still experience display issues.

We recommend opening the page in one of the browsers above (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) for the best experience.


4️⃣ Refresh & Try Again


Once the gowalnut site data is cleared, refresh the page and try again.
