Troubleshooting Login & Password Reset Issues
Sometimes when you’re trying to log in — especially if it’s your first time ever or you haven’t opened your account in a while — you’ll get stuck in an annoying loop:
- You enter your email ✔️
- You’re told a password reset link was sent ✔️
- You create a new password ✔️
- And then…
❗ “Invalid code. Please try again.”
Super frustrating. The good news? The fix is quick.
💡 Why this happens
Your browser is basically holding onto old session info and refusing to let go (classic).
So when you click the password reset link, the page opens… but your browser is like,
“Hmm nope, I don’t recognize this vibe.”
Result: Invalid code.
✨ The Fix (and it works 99% of the time)
Ask the customer to:
- Open the email and copy the reset link — don’t tap or click it.
- Open a private/incognito browser window:
- Safari → New Private Window
- Chrome → New Incognito Window
- Edge → New InPrivate Window
- Paste the link into the private window.
- Set their new password again.
That’s it. Fresh browser = fresh vibes = working reset link.
