🧾 Understanding Deductibles on TuGo Travel Insurance
A deductible is the amount you pay out of pocket before your insurance coverage applies.
With our partner-issued TuGo policies, the deductible is $300. This means you’re responsible for the first $300 of any eligible emergency medical claim.
💡 Example:
If you have an eligible medical claim for $2,000, TuGo covers $1,700, and you pay $300.
📌 Key things to know:
It only applies to Emergency Medical Insurance
You don’t choose this amount—it’s already part of your plan
The $300 deductible applies per claim
Your deductible is shown on your Confirmation of Coverage
