❗ Why Am I Seeing “Please agree to the Terms and Conditions to proceed” and “Please correct the errors above and re-submit”?
If you’re seeing both of these messages on your travel insurance form, don’t worry — it’s usually one small (but important) step that was missed:

✅ The Fix: Check the Checkbox
Scroll to the middle of the page (yep, not the bottom!) and look for the checkbox under the health declarations that says:
“I confirm that I have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions…”
You’ll need to tick this box before you can move forward.

Try these steps:
Double-check that all required fields are filled out — this includes travel dates and personal info.
Close and reopen your browser, or switch to a different one (Chrome or Safari usually work great).
Refresh and try again after a few minutes — it may just be a temporary hiccup.
