Why was my KOHO Standard Tenant Coverage Cancelled?
If your KOHO tenant coverage was cancelled and you’re not sure why, the best move is to reach out to KOHO directly — they’ll have the details. We don’t have access to their payment system and can’t reactivate a cancelled policy on our end.
That said, cancelled policies stay active until the end of your current billing period. Once that wraps up, you’re free to start a new one if you still need coverage.
