Add Additional SmartPhones to your Mylo Device Protection Plan

MYLO Device Protection makes it easy to protect more than one smartphone.

Whether you're purchasing a new plan or already have an active MYLO Device Protection plan, you can add up to 4 additional smartphones to your existing coverage.

🟡 Currently, Smartphone Add-Ons are only available with monthly MYLO Device Protection plans. They are not yet available with 18-month plans, but we’re working on adding this option in the future.

How it works

Your MYLO Device Protection plan can include:

Your primary smartphone
Up to 4 additional smartphones

Adding smartphones does not increase the annual claim allowance. All smartphones on the plan share the same limit of 2 claims per year.

Add smartphones during purchase

When purchasing a new MYLO Device Protection plan, simply choose how many additional smartphones you'd like to add before completing your purchase.

Add Smartphones to an existing plan

Already have an active MYLO Device Protection plan? You can add more smartphones at any time.

Log in to your MYLO customer portal- https://mylo.gowalnut.com/lgoin
Open your active Device Protection plan
Select Add another smartphone
Choose the number of additional smartphones you'd like to add
Complete your purchase

Note: A prorated charge for the additional smartphones will be applied immediately for the remainder of your current billing period. Future billing cycles will include the additional device charges with your regular subscription payment.
