  • Cost to remove and replace affected bedding or furniture that cannot be salvaged

  • Personal property (such as soft furnishings) may be covered if removal is deemed necessary by the licensed pest control professional

  • Must be confirmed by a licensed pest control professional


❌ What’s Not Covered:


  • Preventative treatments or inspections

  • Any infestation not caused by bedbugs

  • Damage to electronics, clothing, or personal items, unless explicitly required for removal

  • Cosmetic damage to furniture or belongings that remain usable

  • Mold caused by ongoing leaks, poor ventilation, or lack of maintenance

  • Any damage from general dampness or humidity

  • Mold removal not tied to a covered event

  • Costs beyond the $1,000 limit
