- Professional pest control services to treat an active bedbug infestation
- Cost to remove and replace affected bedding or furniture that cannot be salvaged
- Personal property (such as soft furnishings) may be covered if removal is deemed necessary by the licensed pest control professional
- Must be confirmed by a licensed pest control professional
❌ What’s Not Covered:
- Preventative treatments or inspections
- Any infestation not caused by bedbugs
- Damage to electronics, clothing, or personal items, unless explicitly required for removal
- Cosmetic damage to furniture or belongings that remain usable

- Mold caused by ongoing leaks, poor ventilation, or lack of maintenance
- Any damage from general dampness or humidity
