Need to Make a KOHO Tenant Insurance Claim? Here's How 👇

If something’s happened and you need to make a claim, no stress—we’ve got you.

Claims are handled by the insurance provider (not KOHO), and you’ve got two easy ways to get started:

✉️ Option 1: Email

Send your claim to koho.claims@gowalnut.com
Make sure to include:

-A clear description of what you’re claiming

-The date the incident happened

-Reminder: You can only make a claim for events that occurred while your policy was active

❗️Note: This email is only for claims related to KOHO Standard Tenant Coverage.

📱 Option 2: Use the KOHO App

Open your KOHO app

Go to the Discover tab → tap Tenant Insurance

Select “Make claim”
