If somethingâs happened and you need to make a claim, no stressâweâve got you.
Claims are handled by the insurance provider (not KOHO), and youâve got two easy ways to get started:

Send your claim to koho.claims@gowalnut.com
Make sure to include:
-A clear description of what youâre claiming
-The date the incident happened
-Reminder: You can only make a claim for events that occurred while your policy was active
âď¸Note: This email is only for claims related to KOHO Standard Tenant Coverage.

Open your KOHO app
Go to the Discover tab â tap Tenant Insurance
Select âMake claimâ
