Wealthsimple Roadside Assistance: Getting Started

Your membership is linked to your vehicle and provides up to 3 roadside assistance service calls during your 12-month membership.

How it works

After purchasing Wealthsimple Roadside Assistance through the Wealthsimple app, you'll need to activate your membership before you can use it.

Activate your membership within 7 days of purchase. After that, your activation link will expire.
There is a 48-hour waiting period after activation before your coverage becomes active.
Your membership is valid for 12 months from your activation date.
Coverage applies to the registered vehicle associated with your membership.

What's included

Your membership includes up to 3 roadside assistance service calls per membership year for eligible services, including:

• Towing
• Battery boost or jump-start
• Flat tire assistance
• Fuel delivery (fuel cost not included)
• Lockout assistance
• Winching

Where your membership is managed

Once you've activated your membership, your roadside assistance coverage is managed through Walnut.

Your confirmation email includes access to your membership details and policy documents.

Please note that the Wealthsimple app displays your purchase, but it does not show your roadside assistance policy information or coverage details after activation.
