What Does Wealthsimple Roadside Assistance Cover?

Your Wealthsimple Roadside Assistance membership provides up to 3 roadside assistance service calls during your 12-month membership for eligible roadside emergencies.

Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout Canada and the continental United States.

Included roadside services

Towing

If your covered vehicle becomes disabled and can't be driven safely, it will be towed to the nearest qualified service facility

Battery Boost

If your vehicle won't start because of a dead battery, a service provider will attempt to jump-start it.
If the battery can't be boosted, your covered vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified service facility.

Flat tire assistance

If you have a usable spare tire, a service provider will install it for you.
If you don't have a usable spare tire, your vehicle can be towed to the nearest qualified repair facility.

Please note that this tow counts as a second roadside assistance service call

Lockout service

If you're locked out of your vehicle, a service provider will attempt to gain entry.
If your keys are lost, broken, or require replacement, the cost of replacement keys isn't included.

Fuel delivery

If you run out of fuel, a service provider will deliver enough fuel to get you to the nearest service station.

Please note: The cost of the fuel isn't included and must be paid by you at the time of service.

Winching

If your vehicle is stuck in mud, snow, or a ditch within 20 metres (65 feet) of a regularly travelled roadway, winching service may be provided when it can be performed safely using standard roadside equipment.
