When a tenant has purchased coverage, they’ll be provided with a certificate of insurance. On this certificate, you’ll find:
Certificate Number
Group Policy Number
Certificateholder (Tenant’s full name and address)
Policyholder Information (Typically listed as 2678562 Ontario Inc.)
