How to View Your SingleKey Tenant Coverage Policy Online

Need to double-check your coverage limits, see your billing details, or grab a copy of your policy? With SingleKey Tenant Coverage, it’s all just a few clicks away in your SingleKey account.


🔑 Step 1 — Log in to Your SingleKey Account


Go to app.singlekey.com and sign in with the email and password you used when purchasing your SingleKey Tenant Coverage.


📂 Step 2 — Find Your Policy Details


In your Account Settings, head to the Insurance or Tenant Coverage section. From here, you can:

  • ✅ View your coverage limits
  • 💳 Check your billing cycle and payment history
  • 🛡 See your deductible and coverage tier
  • 📥 Download or review your policy documents


To download your documents, select Certificate for the document showing your name, address, and coverages. The certificate is your proof of insurance and is the document used when making a claim. The policy contains the policy wordings, including terms and conditions, and can be downloaded separately when you need the full wording for your records. If selecting Policy opens a blank page or a new tab instead of downloading, try the Certificate option first; you can request the policy document if you need both copies.
