Can I transfer my policy to my new address?

No. Tenant policies are tied to a specific address, so coverage can't be moved from one home to another. To be covered at your new place, you'll need to cancel your current policy and purchase a new one with your new address.

How do I cancel my current policy?

Sign in to your coverage portal and submit a cancellation request. Portal addresses follow the same format for every partner — replace partner with the name of the company you signed up through:

Your policy stays active until your next billing date, then ends. You won't be charged again after that.

If I cancel mid-month, do I get a refund for the unused days?

No. Coverage isn't prorated. Your policy runs through to your next billing date and you stay covered for that whole period — so you keep the coverage you've already paid for rather than receiving money back.

How do I get coverage at my new address?

Once your current policy is cancelled, sign back in to the same portal and purchase a new policy using your updated address.

I'm moving before my current policy ends — how do I avoid a gap in coverage?

You can purchase your new policy right away by signing up with a different email address. This lets your new coverage start immediately while your original policy runs out its billing cycle.
