🧾 How to Cancel Your SingleKey Tenant Insurance
If you’re looking to cancel your SingleKey tenant insurance policy, you can do so directly from your SingleKey account.
✅ Steps to Cancel:
- Log in to your SingleKey account: https://www.singlekey.com
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Locate your Tenant Insurance policy and select Cancel.
Your coverage will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after that period.
Please note that Walnut Insurance or the Insurer cannot refund any payments. To discuss refunds, please get in touch with Singlekey through the tenant portal.
⚠️ Important Information About Refunds
If your policy has not yet gone into effect (post-dated coverage) and you expect a refund, you must contact SingleKey directly to request the cancellation.
SingleKey will need to process the cancellation and any refund through their tenant portal.
Walnut Insurance and the insurer cannot process cancellations or refunds for SingleKey policies.
If you cancel the policy after coverage has started, a refund will not be available.
