If your electric vehicle (EV) runs out of charge, Roadside Assistance can send a tow truck to bring your vehicle to the nearest EV charging station.

How do I request a tow for my EV?

Call the roadside assistance line for your plan and tell the agent that your electric vehicle has run out of charge so they can send the right help.

• Uber Pro Card Roadside Assistance: open your Uber Pro Card app, go to Roadside Assistance and tap Call.
