Cancelling Your Mylo / ACN Protection Plan
We get it — sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations work for Mylo / ACN device protection, based on when you cancel and the type of plan you have.
🔟 Cancellations Within the First 10 Days
If you cancel within 10 days of purchase:
- Your plan will be fully refunded
- No penalties or fees apply
- The refund is issued automatically after the cancellation; no separate refund request is required
- Once the refund has been processed, it should appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank
📆 Monthly Plans (After 10 Days)
If you purchased an 18-month plan:
- You may cancel at any time
- Coverage will remain active until the end of the 18-month term
- No refunds are issued after the first 10 days
This is a fixed-term plan, even if you cancel early.
