This is the official spot to start your request for a repair or replacement.


🤝 Who Handles the Service Request?


Mylo is the face of your device protection (hi! đź‘‹), but the Service Request process is fully powered by AKKO.


That means:


  • You’ll start your request through the Mylo-branded AKKO portal
  • AKKO’s support team guides you through next steps
  • They’ll walk you through repair or replacement options
  • They may ask for photos or more details about the damage
  • You’ll receive updates directly from AKKO


So basically: Mylo = your plan, AKKO = the repair pros.
